By browsing and purchasing on this site you accept these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or place an order.

3. Products and pricing

Prices are shown in the local currency for your detected country (COP, USD or EUR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices, descriptions and product availability without notice.

4. Purchase process

Your order is confirmed once payment is verified. You will receive an order notification by email or WhatsApp.

5. Shipping

Shipping times and costs vary by destination country and are shown during checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs authorities.

6. Returns and exchanges

Since coffee is a food product, returns are only accepted for defective items or order errors, reported within 48 hours of delivery. Contact us via WhatsApp or email with evidence.

8. Limitation of liability

Paloma Rivera Coffee is not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the site or products, except as required by applicable law.

These terms are governed by the laws of Colombia, without prejudice to consumer rights recognized under local law in the United States or Spain.
