Our special 100% Arabica Colombian Honey Coffee is crafted through a careful drying process. The cherry is depulped, fermented in its mucilage for 30 hours, and then dried without washing, allowing the “honey” layer to remain and giving the coffee more body. Its honey-like flavor is smooth, sweet, and traditional, with pronounced sweetness, bright acidity, and subtle fruity notes.
