Happy brewing!
Chemex
Purge your paper filter with hot water to remove debris and unwanted flavors. Add 3 tablespoons (20 grams) of medium coarse ground coffee. Slowly pour hot water from your kettle to obtain the desired number of cups of Paloma Rivera Special Coffee.
Italian Mocha
Japanese Siphon
Add water to the lower chamber of your Japanese Siphon. Light the burner and fasten the top chamber. When the water boils and passes the second chamber, add ground Paloma Rivera Special Coffee and stir, creating a whirlpool to blend the coffee grounds with the water. Wait two minutes and remove the heat. Allow the brew to filter by gravity into the lower chamber, and enjoy!
French Press
One of the methods we typically use in our home. Add 2 tablespoons (15 grams) of coarsely ground coffee. Slowly add water and let the coffee soak for around 3 to 4 minutes. Fasten the filter lid and press to the bottom. Serve and enjoy your Paloma Rivera Special Coffee!
